Chef Sharon, affectionately known as "The Psych Chef," serves up food for the mind and body at Nefetari's Fine Cuisine & Spirits where she is the Executive Chef. She learned her culinary skills the old fashioned way, at the feet of her parents, aunts and uncles. When she's not cooking or concocting recipes, she wears her other hat as a licensed clinical psychologist serving the Tallahassee community.

For the Loaf of Bread: What you Knead to Know

Susie Petty is the chef/co-owner of The Bark, a vegan/vegetarian restaurant and bar located at 507 All Saints St Tallahassee, FL, which features fresh, house baked bread. Largely self taught, she learned most of her chops growing up and cooking with her Dad, a professional chef, and takes special delight in taking his wisdom and technique and applying them to plant based cooking.
